IN-STUDIO VIRTUAL CLASSES
REFORMER PILATES + STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

While the power of our live classes will always offer the most effective results and the most energising environment, we understand that class times don’t suit everyone.

 

That’s why, when live sessions aren’t running, we offer virtual classes in between, giving you access to movement from 5am to 8pm on weekdays, plus weekends. Whether it’s live or virtual, we’ve got you covered.

IN-STUDIO VIRTUAL WORKOUTS CREATED BY OUR EXPERT TEAM

Our virtual classes run in both the Performance Studio and Movement Studio when live sessions are not scheduled.

Designed by our in-house experts - Jason Fly (Head of Performance) and Sam Burch (Head of Pilates), these world-class programs are delivered through our digital display systems.

You’ll find Reformer Pilates, Strength, and Conditioning (fitness) sessions, all aligned with our current workout of the day.

Make sure to arrive on time so you don’t miss the safety briefing and exercise demonstrations.
