Does membership include access to all classes?

Yes! All Thrive & Vitality memberships and casual options give you full access to ALL classes. Concessions passes or 2/week options allow a 'credit per class" ​

What is the difference between Thrive and Vitality memberships?

THRIVE memberships give you full access to all classes. 
VITALITY memberships includes awesome add-ons, such as monthly bio scans and coach catch ups, plus unlimited Recovery Lab access.

Question 3

Can I put my membership on hold?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. You can put your membership on hold when away for things such as work, travel, or sickness by emailing us.  We ask for 14 days notice for holds, and all holds must be for a mimimum of 14 days and in 7-day intervals after thereafter. Please note that holds can’t be placed during a cancelation notice period.

What if I only want to train sporadically or once or twice per week?

We have flexible options available. Our 10, 25 or 50 visit passes are great for training sporadically, and if you only want to train twice per week then we have an options for this also, with our two per week membership. All options give access to the ReDefined app.

Question 5

Is there a discount for paying upfront?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Mindbody/Vitality/Thrive memberships offer 5, 10 or 15% discount when paying upfront for 3, 6, or 12 months memberships!

Do I have to sign a contract?

We are flexible and give options to suit you! 
For all Vitality and Thrive memberships, you can choose a minimum 6-month term or flexible term (30-day notice to cancel anytime).

How do I book classes?

We have our own custom app where you can book sessions on the go.  See below for link to download our booking app.

Question 8

Can I use the space to do my own workouts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with a Thrive or Vitality membership, you can use the Open Gym for your own training at any time, if you just want to use the space alone and no live classes. These memberships also include access to virtual classes, which run at times where instructor led classes classes are on.

Question 9

What are virtual workouts?

Virtual workouts run in both our Performance Studio and Movement Studio during non instructor led class times, offering a variety of sessions including Strength, Conditioning, and Reformer Pilates - Note - These classes run off the coaching screens, there is no instructor. 
These virtual classes are included in all Thrive and Vitality memberships and count as a credit option for casual users. Just keen to go virtual? Check out our Virtual and Open Gym membership.

Question 10

Do you offer on-site childcare while I train?

Yes. On weekdays during our 9am, 9.10am and 9.15am classes, we offer on-site childcare so you can focus on your workout.
Children aged 3 months to 5 years are cared for in a safe, engaging space with a 2 staff to 8 children ratio. Parents must remain on-site at all times.
Outside of these times, children aged 5+ are welcome to use the childcare space or sit at reception with their devices or other quiet activities.
