Our Movement Studio brings together the precision of classical Pilates with the energy of modern Reformer training, creating an environment where strength, control and freedom of movement come together.

Each 50-minute class blends traditional Pilates foundations with contemporary, dynamic programming designed to help you move better, build strength and develop deeper body awareness. Through intentional movement, you’ll activate your core, the Pilates 'powerhouse', while improving alignment, balance and control throughout your entire body.
Classes follow structured 12-week training cycles (Base, Build and Peak), programmed by our Head of Pilates, Sam Burch.
This progressive approach allows you to learn the movements, build strength and continue developing your practice over time.
The result is greater flexibility, improved muscle activation, increased range of motion and a body that moves with more strength, confidence and ease.
Classes are offered at three levels to support every stage of your journey:
