The better you care for your mind, the better your body performs. Our MindBody Studio is a calm, welcoming space designed to help you restore, rebalance, and reconnect with yourself. Enhanced by state-of-the-art infrared heating, every session supports deeper relaxation, improved circulation, and a greater sense of wellbeing. We also host transformative Friday workshops, offering a powerful space for self-connection, inner calm, and long-lasting restoration.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or have an established practice, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. It is a safe and supportive space to be present, tune into your breath and choose the style of practice that your body and mind need on any given day.
We offer a mix of heated sessions to suit different preferences and levels. Some classes focus on restoring the nervous system and improving mobility, while others will challenge your strength, balance and control through flowing sequences and mindful movement.
Like our other studios, yoga at ReDefined follows structured 12-week cycles (Base, Build and Peak) to complement the programming in our Performance and Movement Studios.
Each cycle includes an “Asana in Focus”, allowing you to gradually develop your practice and build confidence in key postures through Level 1 and Level 2 sessions.
Beyond our weekly classes, you can deepen your experience through our Friday restorative workshops and special sessions including Sound Healing, Meditation and Breathwork.
