
IN-STUDIO VIRTUAL CLASSES & OPEN GYM
While the energy and guidance of our live classes deliver the most powerful training experience, we understand that scheduled class times don’t always suit everyone.
That’s why we offer virtual sessions between live classes, giving you the flexibility to move when it works for you. With access to guided workouts from 5am to 8pm on weekdays, plus weekends, there’s always an option to keep your momentum going.
Whether you prefer the atmosphere of a live class or the convenience of a virtual session, you’ll always have a way to train.
You can also make use of our Open Gym space for your own workouts, giving you the freedom to train independently whenever it suits your schedule.

Our virtual classes run in both the Performance Studio and Movement Studio when live sessions are not scheduled.
Designed by our in-house experts - CJ Church (Head of Performance) and Sam Burch (Head of Pilates), these world-class programs are delivered through our digital display systems.
You’ll find Reformer Pilates, Strength, and Conditioning (fitness) sessions, all aligned with our current workout of the day.
