We are all built to move, explore shapes and to move naturally. Over the course of the last 50 years, our culture has changed and we have lost the essence of natural physical movement - predominantly as an outcome of sedentary jobs and mass media devices.
The studio offers a range of 50 minute movement-based disciplines, focused around authentic classical Pilates, led by Romana schooled and ex-New York Ballet School dancer Beth Domino to help you achieve better balance, stability, and strength that supports you in your day-to-day movement needs.
The outcome is more flexibility, increased range of movement and a healthier, more mobile life!

ReDefined classical pilates, utilising reformer beds to explore a range of movements that open the body up and will have you leaving the studio feeling 2 foot taller. The sessions are aimed at the beginner/intermediate level and will challenge, engage and activate your main muscle groups along with muscles you didn’t know existed.
is ideal for anyone new to reformer pilates or just starting out on their Pilates journey. The aim is for our experienced team to help you to get to know the reformer Pilates apparatus, and to understand the fundamental movement patterns. This class will still challenge you and offers you a great workout whilst teaching you the essence of Reformer Pilates.
Barre Sculpt with Mylinda combines traditional elements of ballet barre with the addition of light weights to tone and strengthen the entire body. It builds alignment, improves core strength and
flexibility and increases awareness of posture. You can be a beginner or a pro, we won’t be attempting any pirouettes but we will be feeling the BURN and having fun in the process. Set to music the repetition and tempo will give focus to the glutes, hamstrings and calves for a workout
you didn’t see coming. A perfect movement and mind focusing addition to your weekly routine.
These fun sessions are perfect for women of all ages and levels of fitness wanting to increase their overall strength with a focus on strengthening the core and pelvic floor muscles safely. These classes are especially great for expectant mothers helping to maintain strength and prepare their body for birth and help with a quicker recovery or mothers looking to get back into exercise, post-birth with a focus on restoring strength to the pelvic floor and core. Created and designed by our expert trainers, these classes are designed to help you prepare and build/maintain your strength, with the aim for you to resume pre-birth strength and fitness at higher intensity levels later on.
