Our 50 min classes are a mix of classical Pilates and new modern dynamic reformer. We aim to improve your movement,  improve muscle awareness and activation,  to activate your core and its POWERHOUSE and find alignment and balance in the way your body moves.

The outcome is more flexibility, improved muscle activation increased range of movement and a healthier, more mobile life!

REFORMER PRECISION (INT/ADV)

Classical pilates, utilising reformer beds to explore a range of movements that open the body up and will have you leaving the studio feeling 2 foot taller. The sessions are aimed at the intermediate/advanced level and will challenge, engage and activate your POWERHOUSE. Following the classical Pilates method, this is the step up from the exercises learned in Contrology as we bring a number of progressions and sequences to improve the way you move.

REFORMER MOVE (OPEN LEVEL)

This class is an open level class designed for everyone from beginner to advanced. This reformer move class is a classical and dynamic infused  class on the reformer. It will get you finding and activating muscles you didn’t know you had. It will take those muscles to fatigue and build strength. It’s a true full body workout with a focus on core and glute activation

REFORMER BURN

REFORMER BURN (INT - ADV)

This class is an intermediate to advanced level class. This reformer burn class is a classical and dynamic infused  class on the reformer. It will get you finding muscles and working them to fatigue with a faster pace with harder progressions than the reformer move class. There will be less rest in between movements and more time under tension. and we seek to activate and strengthen your key muscle groups

MAT PILATES (OPEN LEVEL)

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. ... The Classical method centers on the 6 principles of Pilates: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow. The classical Mat Pilates takes your body through all planes of motion and addresses every joint in a flowing, structured workout. . The system uses both compound and simple movements and low repetition to accomplish full body training.

CONTROLOGY

CONTROLOGY (OPEN LEVEL)
Contrology is a system of exercises done over a number of different apparatus including the mat and reformer. In this Contrology class you will get to experience how Joseph originally designed the system by doing half the class on the reformer and other half on the mat. This class is designed for you to get the benefits of both the reformer and mat in the one 50min class setting to strengthen and lengthen your body.
