Vitor is an Ayurveda practitioner specialising in emotional wellness, stress relief, health regulation, and sound healing. With a deep commitment to holistic health, Vitor has been immersed in the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda since 2003 and 2014, respectively, gaining expertise through courses in Brazil and India.

Vitor's approach is comprehensive, focusing on emotional, physical, and spiritual health. He helps individuals manage the effects of excess stress by teaching them to recognize their unique body type according to Ayurveda principles—Vata, Pitta, or Kapha. Through this understanding, his clients gain insights into regulating their daily routines, detoxification practices, nutrition, and exercises tailored to their specific body type.

In addition to these practices, Vitor integrates sound healing into his sessions, using vibrational therapy to release emotional burdens and promote connection with positive emotions. This innovative technique further enhances his clients' immune systems and overall health, fostering a harmonious balance between mind, body, and spirit.

Vitor's work centers on addressing the common societal issues of emotional overload, such as living under constant pressure, managing anxiety, and overcoming procrastination.
