Penelope is a passionate and experienced yoga instructor, dedicated to helping others find balance, relaxation, and strength through mindful movement. With a deep appreciation for the connection between breath and body, Penelope creates a welcoming space where students can slow down, reset, and move with intention.

Her 60 -minute Slow Flow class, held every Sunday at 8 AM, is designed to gently awaken the body and calm the mind. This class emphasises fluid transitions, deep stretches, and conscious breathing, making it perfect for all levels - from beginners looking to build confidence to experienced yogis seeking a restorative flow.
