Maki’s teaching style blends calm, grounding energy with the dynamic power and flow of modern Vinyasa. She has a particular love for Power Vinyasa and enjoys guiding students through strong, intentional sequences that build both physical strength and mental clarity, while always encouraging students to move with awareness and listen to their own body.
Her classes are designed to create a supportive and welcoming space where students can reconnect with themselves, slow down from the busyness of life, and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more present. Expect thoughtful sequencing, breath-led movement, and a balance of challenge and ease throughout her sessions.
