Instructor Training Pathway
Step 1
- Complete online learning modules (approx. 80–100 hours)
Step 2
- Attend 30+ Reformer classes
- Complete 5 x 1:1 mentoring sessions with Sam (either online or in person)
Step 3
- Co-teach 30 Reformer sessions
- Lead 10 solo sessions (1:1 or group)
Step 4
- Submit your written assessment and video teaching demo
Step 5
- Receive your national certification from Pilates Aotearoa
