The simple answer is that there is no universal nutrition guide for the world. We are all built differently, with different needs, conditions and bodies, that requires different fuels for different goals
Our aim is to simplify nutrition, to look at foods and whole foods first before we start looking at supplements. Much of our research is based off the power9 Blue Zones research, areas in the world where people live the longest, not just based on nutrition and exercise, but a range of other factors.
