Hey TRIBE! 👋

 

Hope your March is going well! As summer wraps up and autumn begins, we’re kicking off a new training cycle. Our movement cycles run in 4 x 12-week blocks annually, with a break over the festive period. Each cycle follows a structured progression:

✅ Base Phase (4 weeks) – Laying strong foundations.
✅ Build Phase (4 weeks) – Progressing and improving on those foundations.
✅ Peak Phase (3 weeks + 1 recovery week) – Bringing it all together, pushing performance, then allowing the body to recover.

Big Changes in Our Performance Studio

Starting next week, our new cycle introduces:

Mondays – STRONG (Push) 💪
Tuesdays – Boxing 🥊
Wednesdays – STRONG (Pull) 🔥
Thursdays – Hybrid Conditioning (a mix of MetCon & HIIT) 🔄
Fridays – STRONG (Full Body) 🏋️
Saturdays – 7 AM HYROX & 9 AM HYBRID STRONG – a brand new

60-minute class that combines STRONG & HIIT! 🚀

This cycle’s big focus? Building workouts into structured phases without overloading too quickly, so when we hit our peak, we’re fully prepared! Plus, we’re emphasising overhead movements, because let’s be real, how often do we need strength in an overhead position? Think lifting kids, loading roof racks, reaching for high shelves - the list goes on!

MindBody Studio: Next 12-Week Cycle

We’re mixing things up this time:

🟢 Weeks 1–4 (Foundation) – Mastering the basics of asanas & body activation.
🟡 Weeks 5–8 (Build) – Strengthening & refining our practice.
🔴 Weeks 9–12 (Peak & Recovery) – Challenging endurance, then finishing with a dedicated recovery week.

Each 4-week block has a specific focus:


✨ Hips – Understanding movement mechanics & stability.
💖 Heart Openers – Working on shoulder mobility & creating space.
🌀 Backbends – Safely exploring spinal extension.
⚖️ Balance – Refining focus & stability for a solid foundation.

So much to explore, I’m super excited for this cycle! Come experience every instructor’s unique energy, style, and guidance.

Movement Studio

📌 New cycle, new structure!

🔹 Weeks 1–4 (Base Phase) – Building core strength, stability & balance, with classical influence.
🔹 Weeks 5–8 (Build Phase) – Strength, time under tension & dynamic progressions.
🔹 Weeks 9–12 (Peak Phase) – More intensity, longer time under tension & advanced progressions.

This cycle’s focus: Leg extensions progressing to foot-in-loop on the long box, plus fresh programming with new warm-ups & movement patterns to keep things engaging.
