ReDefined 12 Week Movement Cycle - Starting March 30, 2026
At ReDefined, we train with purpose. Our 12-week cycles are designed to build strength, improve the way you move, and help your body perform better both in training and in everyday life.
Here's what to expect form our next cycle of movement.
Performance Studio
Primary movement focus: Snatch/Hip thrust and glute activation.
Goal: Build strong and efficient movement, develop power, and apply it to real performance.
Conditioning focus - 300 metre row under one minute.
Base Phase Weeks 1 to 4
We lay the foundations.
You will set your key benchmarks including deadlift, back squat, bench press, push ups and pull ups.
We will also establish your 300 metre row time.
This phase is about building awareness, positioning and preparing your body for the work ahead.
Build Phase Weeks 5 to 8
We develop strength and skill.
You will focus on improving your snatch technique including positioning, timing and coordination.
We will also build strength through hip thrusts and glute activation to support powerful movement.
Peak Phase Weeks 9 to 12
We bring it all together.
You will apply power through your snatch under load and continue building strength through the posterior chain.
This phase is about performance, confidence and seeing your progress.
Mindbody Studio | Build to Flow
Goal: To develop strength, stability and awareness so movement feels more natural, supported and fluid.
We do not force flow.
We build the strength and control that allows it to happen.
Across the cycle you will move through a clear progression of postures including:

Tabletop and Puppy Pose to build awareness and mobility

Low plank and downward dog to develop strength and integration

High plank, side plank, fallen triangle and wild thing to build control and coordination

Dolphin, revolved half moon and headstand to challenge balance, strength and full body integration
Week 12 focuses on recovery and integration. This is where your body resets, restores and absorbs the work you have done.
Movement Studio | Teaser Progression
Goal: To build deep core strength and connection through the anterior chain.
Base Phase
Focus on strengthening the hip flexors and quads while improving length through the hamstrings.
Build Phase
Develop control and technique in the teaser position.
This is where you start to connect strength through the entire core.
Peak Phase
Progress into more advanced teaser variations.
You will build strength, control and confidence in more challenging positions.
