LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (IRENE)
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.
QUANTUM THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE (VIVIAN)
Through touch and relaxation massage techniques the endorphins and the brain chemicals are released stimulating the feeling of well-being. What Is Reflexology? Reflexology is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet (and possibly on your hands or ears as well) to help you feel better. The theory is that this eases stress, and that helps your body work better.
Cupping: Decompression creates more space between the skin and muscles, and in turn, relaxes muscles, increases blood circulation, promotes tissue repair, and can alleviate musculoskeletal pain.

This is very safe for all 3 stages of pregnancy. Tracy has been a massage therapist for 17 years and has the skills and knowledge of where to massage and not to in the different trimesters. Tracy uses the Belly Pillows which aid you to lay on your front without harming your baby.
Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master uses gentle hand movements with the intention of guiding the flow of healthy energy through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. Reiki is a meditative practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes a positive mental state through gentle touch.
ABHYANGA MASSAGE (BRUNA)
Abhyanga is a special type of Ayurvedic massage that involves anointing oneself with healing dosha-specific oils. It can also be performed by an Ayurvedic Massage Therapist.
A Sanskrit term, Abhyanga means 'massaging the body's limbs' or 'glowing body'. It is derived from Abhi, meaning 'into' or 'glow' and Anga, meaning 'limb'.
Deep tissue massage is a technique that’s used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow deep strokes. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms from injury and reduces tension in muscle and tissue. Trigger point therapy is also used in this session.
SWEDISH MASSAGE (IRENE)
Swedish massage involves long, kneading strokes combined with rhythmic tapping strokes and movement of the joints. This type of massage targets the uppermost layer of muscles and aims to relieve muscle tension.
