DEEP TISSUE
(ALL THERAPISTS)

Deep tissue massage is a technique that’s used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries.  It involves applying sustained pressure using slow deep strokes.  This helps to break up scar tissue that forms from injury and reduces tension in muscle and tissue. Trigger point therapy is also used in this session.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (IRENE)

Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

SWEDISH MASSAGE (IRENE)

Swedish massage involves long, kneading strokes combined with rhythmic tapping strokes and movement of the joints. This type of massage targets the uppermost layer of muscles and aims to relieve muscle tension.

HOT STONE MASSAGE (IRENE)

Deeply relaxing, stimulating blood circulation, warming up muscles and releasing tension, relieving pain. Supports the immune system and

it's great for a good stress release. 

REFLEXOLOGY
(IRENE)

Reflexology is a holistic healing technique based on the principle that specific areas of the feet, hands, and ears are connected to different organs and systems of the body. Through the application of pressure to these reflex points, reflexology aims to promote health and wellbeing by stimulating the body's natural healing processes.

CUPPING
(IRENE)

Cupping: Decompression creates more space between the skin and muscles, and in turn, relaxes muscles, increases blood circulation, promotes tissue repair, and can alleviate musculoskeletal pain.

RELAXATION MASSAGE (ALL THERAPISTS)

Therapeutic/relaxation massage is a healing and rejuvenating practice that involves the manipulation of the body's soft tissues to improve health and wellbeing. It employs a variety of techniques to target muscle and connective tissue. This form of massage is designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, enhance blood circulation, and promote relaxation.

PRE NATAL MASSAGE (TRACY/IRENE)

This is very safe for all three stages of pregnancy. Tracy has been a massage therapist for 17 years and has the skills and knowledge of where to massage  in the different trimesters. Tracy uses the Belly Pillows which aid you to lay on your front without harming your baby. This massage will help relax you and prepare you for birth
