REDEFINED TEENS

  • Mondays 4 PM - 4.50 PM - Strength and Conditioning with Leigh. Learn the core primal movement patterns of squat, lunge, lift, press, pull,  and rotate in a dynamic and fun environment 

  • Wednesdays 4 PM - 4.50 PM - Boxing with Jase        Learn the basics of boxing, self-defense, and boxing fitness in these challenging and fun sessions

  • Suitable for ages 13 - 17

  • $15 per session/week or $25 for both sessions

  • Sessions run ongoing throughout the year

REDEFINED KIDS

  • Tuesdays 3.45 PM - 4.35 PM with Jase

  • Running in 10-week blocks during the school terms

  • Learn the essence of fundamental primal movement patterns mixed with fun games and mindfulness

  • Suitable for ages 7 - 12

  • $15 per session by direct debit or $150 for the block of 10

  • Next term dates - 10 weeks from Tuesday 30th April
