Does membership include
access to all classes?

Yes! All Premier/Lifestyle or Platinum memberships and 10 visit passes give you full access to ALL classes.

A 'MindBody' membership gives you access to Yoga classes only in the mindbody studio.

What are
guest privileges??

You can bring unlimited guests along for free with Lifestyle or Platinum memberships, and each guest can attend a maximum of once per fortnight.

What if I only want to train sporadically or once or twice per week?

We have flexible options! 10 visit passes are great for training sporadically, and if you only want to train once or twice per week then we have direct debit options for these also. All options give access to the ReDefined app.

Do I have to sign
a contract?

We are flexible and give options to suit you! For all of our Premier/Lifestyle or Platinum memberships, you can choose a  minimum 6-month term or flexible term (30 or 14-day notice to cancel). Flexible memberships are $5 more per week.

Choose whatever suits you best.

Can I use the space to do my own
workouts?

Yes, with a Lifestyle or Platinum membership, you can use the Results Room for your own training at any time. if you just want to use the space alone and no classes, it's $20/week for unlimited access. No booking is required for the Results Room.

What is the different between Premier/Lifestyle or Platinum memberships?

All memberships give you full access to all classes.

Lifestyle gives you extra additions such as use of our space for your own training, monthly coach check-in and bio scans, and free guest privileges. Platinum includes these add-ons also plus unlimited Infrared Sauna use.

Can I put my
membership on hold?

Yes! You can put your membership on hold when away for things such as work, travel, or sickness by emailing us.  We ask for 14 days notice for holds, and all holds must be for a mimimum of 14 days and in 7-day intervals after thereafter. Please note that holds can’t be placed during a cancelation notice period.

Is there a discount for
paying upfront?

Yes! All Mindbody/Premier/Lifestyle or Platinum memberships get two months free when paying upfront - pay for 10 and receive 12!

How do I
book classes?

We have our own custom app where you can book sessions on the go. See below for link to download our booking app.

Our other custom app 'WellBeing ReDefined' gives online workouts, nutrition advice, meal plans and lifestyle tips.
