Our MindBody Studio offers a wide range of wellness classes including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Mat Pilates, and Myofascial Release, all enhanced by state-of-the-art infrared heating technology.

We also host powerful Friday workshops featuring Sound Healing, Breathwork, and Meditation to support deeper restoration and self-connection.

Our MindBody Studio is a place to connect with people and to connect with yourself.

We run a mix of COOL (room temp), WARM (28°), and HOT (40°) sessions to cater to all levels. Our amazing Yoga sessions run in 12-week cycles (BASE, BUILD/PEAK) to match our Performance and Movement studios. With an 'Asana in Focus' where we progress our practices towards a common theme through a range of Level #1 and Level #2 (advanced) sessions.

We also offer a variety of workshops, including Sound Healing, Meditation, Breathwork and more. Check out our schedule below!
