OUR MINDBODY STUDIO IS OUR PLACE OF ZEN...

A PLACE TO CONNECT WITH PEOPLE AND TO CONNECT WITH YOURSELF

The better you take care of your mind, the better your body will perform. Our MindBody Studio runs multiple wellness classes including various disciplines of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Myofascial Release, all utilising the latest infrared heating technology.

We run a mix of COOL (Room Temp), WARM (28 Degrees) and HOT (40 Degrees) sessions to cater for all levels. Our amazing Yoga sessions run in 10 week cycles, to match our performance and movement studios. With an "Asana in Focus" where we progress our practices towards a common theme through a range of Level #1 and Level #2 (advanced) sessions.

INFRARED HEATING

Infrared heating uses light to create heat, whereas traditional heating uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. Infrared heats your body directly without warming the air around you...

Here are just some of the many benefits associated with hot yoga featuring FAR infrared heating:

  1. Weightloss – one hot yoga class burns hundreds of calories

  2. Increases circulation and metabolism

  3. Improvement in oxygen levels

  4. Enhanced production of collagen, for improved skin

  5. Detoxification through sweat

  6. Relief from joint, muscle pain and tension

  7. Increased metabolism

  8. Reduces stress

YINYASA

"Find your balance"

Yin Yang is the concept of duality forming the whole . Yinyasa has blended the Yin style of long-held passive poses with the dynamic, yang style of Vinyasa (flow).
This session will begin with a Vinyasa flow to strengthen and energise the body and mind, with sun salutations, balances and dynamic poses; the class will transition into a Yin style consisting of a series of long-held, passive floor poses to encourage you to release, surrender and let go.
