The better you take care of your mind, the better your body will perform. Our MindBody Studio runs multiple wellness classes including various disciplines of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Ashtanga Power Yoga, all utilising the latest infrared heating technology.

We run a mix of COOL (Room Temp), WARM (28 Degrees) and HOT (40 Degrees) sessions to cater for all levels.

INFRARED HEATING

Infrared heating uses light to create heat, whereas traditional heating uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. Infrared heats your body directly without warming the air around you...

YIN YOGA

This nourishing practice will calm your mind and body through supported, long-held floor poses to facilitate deep release. Yin Yoga is a perfect compliment to dynamic lifestyles and activities focusing on deep breathing and healthy alignment. This practice allows you to find more comfort and mobility in your body stretching the connective tissue, ligaments, and fascia around the joints.

POWER UP

A heated, dynamic class that will leave you feeling strong, revitalised, and energised. Be ready to challenge your body and mind and reconnect to how powerful you are. Build stability and confidence both on and off the mat by moving your body and shifting your perspective beyond limitation.

This class is based on the Ashtanga series. A set sequence of sun salutations, standing and seated poses, backbends, and arm balances. Options will be offered for all levels.

FLOW

FLOW

A Vinyasa class that is rhythmic and flowing. We connect breath with movement warming the body gradually. Classes are playful and the perfect antidote when you’ve got lots on your mind by flowing in continuous movements to stay present.

GROUNDING
FOUNDATIONS

GROUNDING FOUNDATIONS

Whether you are new to Yoga or have been practicing for many years, this class helps you refine your body awareness and focus the mind. We use props when necessary to assist you in finding safe and comfortable alignment in your body. Each class includes foundational poses, movement with the breath, and purposeful cues to create balance between body and mind.

RELEASE

RELEASE

A session dedicated to the benefits of myosfacsial release. Using foam rollers, massage balls and various techniques, the goal here is to release the fascia surrounding your muscles and joints to enable you to move with more FREEDOM!

UNWIND + 
RESET

UNWIND + RESET

A Hatha based class that is breath-centered at a slower, gentler pace than our Flow classes. Poses are generally held for a little longer helping you to increase strength and flexibility on every level. We finish with a few restorative poses and a delightful Savasana to bring body and mind back into ease, so that you leave more connected with your own true nature.

YIN +
NIDRA

YIN + NIDRA

A combination of 30min Yin and a 30min guided Nidra meditation. Nidra is Sanskrit for “Yogic sleep” -  a deep relaxation which is achieved through aspects such as sense withdrawal, relaxation of the body, breath awareness, awareness of sensations, and visualisation. You will be guided into a state of consciousness between sleeping and waking. This powerful meditation technique brings the restorative and healing powers of deep sleep.

MEDITATE

MEDITATE

This is your 30 minutes to tune inwards. Our guided meditations are designed to increase your self awareness, reduce stress, and calm the overactive mind. You will float out of these classes feeling peaceful, knowing your self worth and be less reactive to the world around you.

FUSION

FUSION

Fusion is a new class, combining 30 mins HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with 30 mins of SLOW FLOW Yoga. The why? HIIT training is scientifically proven to release your feel good hormones, releasing a burst of good vibes energy. Harnessing this energy into a slow flow Yoga practice will then leave you feeling refreshed, inspired and ready for anything that comes your way.

This is your 60 minutes to tune inwards and find stillness.
Our guided meditations are designed to increase your self awareness, reduce stress, and calm the overactive mind, preparing you for sleep. You will float out of these classes feeling peaceful, connected, and ready for deep sleep.

SESSIONS

SOUL SESSIONS

Soul Session is a 60 minutes experience offering a moon & star forecast, Gentle Yin, Pranayama (breathing exercises) and a guided meditation.
Mostly resting on your Yoga mat with a pillow and blanket, you will be guided to a gradual state of relaxation leading into Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). Soul Session is your time to find a sense of tranquility, calm, connectedness and peace
