The better you take care of your mind, the better your body will perform. Our MindBody Studio will run multiple wellness classes including various disciplines of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mat Pilates, all utilising the latest infrared heating technology.

We will run both WARM (29 degrees) and HOT (39 Degrees) sessions to cater for all levels.
