Bridget Cole!
Where were you at with your fitness and wellbeing before ReDefined?
Before starting at Redefined things were a bit hectic with 3 busy preschool kids at home. The amazing childcare at the gym allowed me to get into a consistent routine with regular Pilates most days. Over time, a yoga challenge inspired me to explore all the options in the yoga studio and then I eventually made it into the weights room. The mental health benefits from lifting heavy (for me!) weights have been immense.
How long have you been with ReDefined?
I’ve been a member at ReDefined for about 3 years now.
What are your favourite classes and why?
At the moment I love Strong classes, Pilates and Yoga, along with a few Rest and Restore classes to really unwind. Redefined also supported our local Kindergarten by running a beautiful yoga class fundraiser this year. All the proceeds were donated directly to the kindy which was so appreciated.
What keeps you coming back to ReDefined?
It’s been the best gym for me. I love the variety of classes, the coaches, the beautiful space and the sense of community. Of course, the mental and physical health benefits keep you coming back too!
How is your life now in terms of your energy, fitness levels and overall wellbeing?
Over the years I’ve really enjoyed the routine, new challenges, the mental health benefits and feeling stronger and healthier overall. I also really love how my girls are welcome to come along, it’s great for them to see all the Mums and Dads prioritising their health and wellness. Thanks team!
