TRIBE MEMBER SPOTLIGHT

Member Spotlight this month is on our amazing tribe member Dana Wilson, who has now joined our reception team!

1. Where were you before ReDefined, in terms of your health, energy, etc?

 

I was a working mum with 2 kids and I hadn’t prioritised myself or my health for years. My energy was low and my weight was up. I had an ongoing knee issue that was giving me grief and I wasn’t doing any regular exercise.

 

2. How long have you been training at ReDefined?

 

I’m an OG member. I’ve been at Redefined since the beginning!

 

 

3. And why did you stay so long?


I keep coming back for the supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff who bring Redefined’s community ethos to life. The staff goes above and beyond to not only run you through a workout but by getting to know who you are and how your body works. They focus on your goals and injuries to include/adjust movements that will really help, individualising workouts within a class environment to support their members. For me personally, this began in the Pilates studio with Sam. Through his guidance, I have strengthened my knee and I don’t experience any difficulty anymore giving me the strength and confidence to try new workouts and venture into the performance studio, a place I never thought I would feel comfortable.

 

4. What are your favourite classes?

 

Pilates, Pilates & Pilates :)

 

5. How’s your life now in terms of your health, energy, and results?

 

Beginning at ReDefined has brought me health and happiness. My energy levels are up and my weight is down, my knee doesn’t bother me anymore, and working out regularly has had a positive impact on my mental health. ReDefined is my me-time, my happy place, and my therapy.
