Member Spotlight this month is on our amazing tribe member Adriana Litchfield.
1. Where were you before ReDefined, in terms of your health, energy, etc?
It was really bad. I was completely unwell, unfit, and probably mentally at my lowest. I experienced low energy and unhealthy eating habits.
2. How long have you been training at ReDefined?
I’ve been at ReDefined for 12 months.
3. And why did you stay so long?
I’ve always hated going to gyms, but ReDefined is different. Their approach is more holistic. There’s absolutely no judgment whatsoever, and their focus is not just on the physical aspects but also on the mental well-being. That’s very important to me.
4. What are your favourite classes?
I really enjoy boxing and reformer Pilates. I also enjoy attending various workshops each month - especially Breath of Sound!
5. How’s your life now in terms of your health, energy, and results?
I’m eating healthy. I regularly exercise. Mentally, I am calm and have clarity, and I’m definitely happier overall. I also noticed more energy that allows me to do more active and fun things with my daughter, which was one of my main goals.
