Where were you at with your fitness and wellbeing before ReDefined?

Before ReDefined I was a member at my local boxing gym, but had been carrying multiple injuries that had begun affecting my ability to exercise. Redefined was recommended to me firstly to access support from the team at Recharge Physio. I then signed up to an Open Gym membership but after trying a couple of group classes I upgraded my membership to get the full Redefined experience.

How long have you been with ReDefined?


I’ve been a member at ReDefined for 4 months.

What are your favourite classes and why?

Strong with CJ: I enjoy the variety of functional and heavy lifting with PT support. CJ makes workouts fun while still being challenging and pushes me to get the most out of my time in the gym.

Reformer Pilates: A new form of exercise to me that I wouldn’t have tried if not for Redefined. The low impact and slow nature of the exercises has helped with my recovery and adds variety to my overall workout schedule.



What do you love about ReDefined?

I like the wide variety of classes and the ability to do my own workouts as well. The staff and trainers are all very friendly and help you get the most out of your membership, including adjusting workouts to accomodate injuries. Having all of the support staff ie physio and massage onsite is beneficial for overall wellbeing and easy to access.

How is your life now in terms of your energy, fitness levels and overall wellbeing?

My injuries I had when first joining Redefined have been resolved and I have been able to get back into more frequent exercise. Overall I am feeling fitter, healthier and able to enjoy exercise again.
