Performance Nutrition For Women  

 A workshop by Nutritionist, Health Coach & Meditation Teacher Kylie.   We all want to perform better. Performance nutrition is often viewed as a only for athletes, we believe everyone wants to perform better.   During the first of our women's health series workshops we look at how we all want to perform better whether that's in our jobs, as mothers, physically or mentally and how performance nutrition can support our many goals especially in our busy and modern lives.  

 During this workshop you will learn about the many overlooked health behaviours that play a crucial role in our hormone and overall health. Nutritional approaches that foster a healthy and sustainable relationship with food, and how we can support our mental well-being with smart nutrition, health habits & meditation.
