Led by our fitness expert and ReDefined Co-Founder Ben Jackson, we offer a space dedicated to helping you get the results you want.

1. GOAL SETTING
All new results room members meet with our Co-Founder Ben to establish their goals. Ben will match you with one of our expert team to get you off to the best possible start.
Ben will oversee all clients progress and regularly check in with you to make sure you’re making progress and getting the results you want.
2. FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN
We’ll take you through a functional movement screen to identify any tight or weak areas and any imbalances in your body, this will form the basis of your initial program.
3. BIO BODY COMPOSITION TEST
Using our state of the art Evolt 360 analyser we will take you through a full body composition test for a scientific analysis of your body composition.
4. TRIGGER POINT MASSAGE
Ben or our in house team will give you one 60-minute remedial massage session, again here we are looking for tightness and imbalances to alleviate and ensure you get the best from your training.
5. NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
Changing your body composition as shape requires a nutritional focus, in conjunction with mindset and training. We will work in with our on-site nutritionist to ensure you have the tools to succeed, again this is not a one size fits all approach, it's about finding what works for YOU.
The biggest reason people don't get results is that they give up too easily. Our number one focus is to get you in the right headspace to ACHIEVE. From here anything is possible.
7. PERSONALISED PROGRAM
A holistic approach will be used, looking at ALL of the elements crucial to achieving and maintaining your goals during your 60-minute personal training sessions. Our programs are industry-leading and are designed, assessed and approved by Ben before your session.

With a focus on fun, growth, connection and longevity, JLo’s approach to training her clients and herself, has evolved beyond movement. She brings several years of experience as a Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach which has given her an exciting array of skills in various movement disciplines.
Her love of breathwork, meditation and cold exposure are a huge part of her daily practice. They are amazing tools of healing and knowledge she uses to guide her clients health and well-being needs to more than just food and exercise.
JLo is committed to building her clients physical and mental strength, fitness and flexibility, which ultimately is adaptability! Her focus is to get everyone moving with intention and purpose, and teaching them practical and useful recovery methods, so they can THRIVE in any situation their daily life brings.
An obsessive lover of sunsets and sunrises, JLo also loves her hang time with friends and family, especially when there’s good food, nature, and/or play like handstand walking, Weightlifting or most other sports!
Graduating from Brighton University in BSc Sports and Exercise Science his first role saw him build and develop a successful GP referral scheme which led him on a journey of health and wellness of his clients.
Paul a ‘crusader’ (PH360 healthtype) set his goal to increase his skills and completed a diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage and utilises this to help people feel and move better within their daily lives.
With over 20 years experience, his journey has taken him personal training, massaging, movement coaching and running gym facilities in England, Dubai and here in New Zealand. He has relocated from the Bay of Islands where he worked alongside Physiotherapists.
He is proud to have been part of peoples journeys such as to be the first Arab woman to have climbed Mount Everest, and for helping change a life where climbing flights of stairs is now a daily habit and part of which eventually lead to a more healthy lifestyle to have a child. Hearing stories of being able to put on pants in the morning without struggling and being able to do hobbies such as gardening without pain is Paul’s drive.
Paul focuses is on reducing pain and moving freely to enable people to perform their life activities including work and play to the best of your ability.
He was the first Pickleball coach in New Zealand and aims to grow the sport in the area.
