Healthy Mum's Project on the 22nd August
Here at ReDefined we are Mum's and Dad's ourselves.

We are super passionate about helping Mums work towards happy and healthy living in safe, meaningful and supported way.

If you are a new Mum and you are struggling to find that balance, please come along to our info session where we will guide you through our 12 week "Healthy Mums' Project"

An immersion to guide you towards healthy, happy living.

Mindset, movement, expert advice and nutrition all in a like minded social community.

WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM RUN FROM?
The Healthy Mums Project will run for 12 weeks from the 22nd August

WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?
For any post-partum Mums who are looking for support & motivation in all aspects of their life
We have space for 16 mums only!

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE?
2 x Weekly Movement Sessions, with optional childcare
 - Mondays 10.30am - Pilates
- Thursday 10.30am - Resistance training
1 x Weekly Meditation/Yin Yoga session
1 hour Physio screening and assessment 
Program guide and nutrition Guide
Online support group
Online Seminars - Program guide, mindset, and nutrition
Social connectivity
Email support
Coffee date after the Thursday resistance sessions!
Halfway Papamoa hills walk and end of program party
Support, guidance and motivation
Like minded community
