Based on the principles of the NY Times Bestseller - 'The Four Tendencies' - this practical workshop delves into how our unique tendencies relate to success around taking action and seeking accountability for health goals.
The workshop covers:
- An intro of an accessible psychology-based approach, widely utilized in health coaching, leadership, and business coaching circle
- Sheds light on why a 'one-size-fits-all' approach does not suffice for sustainable behaviour change
- Encompasses HEALTH in a way that can be meaningful for all
- Offers a deeper understanding of what successful long-term health behaviour change might look and feel like.
- During the session, participants will engage in a questionnaire exploring their strengths and tendencies, with no requirement to share outcomes or insights with others (you can if you wish to)
