About the Event
This workshop consists of:
- Theory: a short explanation of what Sacred Geometry is and how we can use it
- Guided meditation to anchor and connect to higher-frequency waves
- Activation of 7 Sacred Geometry symbols in order to tune in to their frequency and elevate our vibration
- Relaxing Savasana to finish off with another guided meditation to come back into the physical body
